Shipping Locations

  • Domestic Shipping: We offer shipping across all of Australia, including remote and regional areas.
  • International Shipping: We also ship internationally to most countries. If your location isn’t listed at checkout, please contact us for availability.

Shipping Costs

Australia:

  • Standard Shipping (2-6 business days): $10
  • Express Shipping (1-4 business days): $16

New Zealand

  • Standard Shipping (6-14 business days): $15
  • Express Shipping (4-10 business days): $30

International:

  • For customers outside of Australia, we offer Standard International shipping only.
  • Standard Shipping (8-14 business days): $25

Delivery Exceptions

During peak seasons or Sales due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, public holidays), delivery times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Delivery Address

Ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Signature on Delivery

For added security, a signature may be required upon delivery. If you’re not available to sign for the package, it may be redirected to a nearby post office for collection.

Customs and Duties

If JOURNY ships to you internationally we are not liable to pay any import duties, taxes or tariffs of your home country.
Pre Orders
Please note that all pre-order items will require an additional 14 business days for processing and shipping. This information is also clearly stated in the item description. The extra time is necessary to ensure that each item meets our quality standards and is prepared for delivery. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to get your order to you as quickly as possible. If you have any questions about your pre-order or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team.

 

JOURNY will not be held accountable for missing parcels if you have authorised the courier to leave the parcel without a signature.
